LEAN & SIX SIGMA
The Skykon Centre of Excellence is home to a number of Lean specialists who, through ongoing consultancy and follow-up, help to ensure the optimisation of the production processes operated by our portfolio companies. Skykon’s Lean specialists can also participate in development projects together with customers so as to generate the best possible results in all areas, including that of the overall production flow.
Our staff of experts at the Skykon Centre of Excellence also includes a Six Sigma manager. This means that with regard to this key management tool, too, we can work actively with our customers to help optimise the quality of the products delivered.
